Mr. Klein handles complex civil litigation matters representing both business and individual clients in Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. His clients include a broad range of both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial, construction, business and real estate litigation in addition to prosecuting and defending consumer protection, subrogation, personal injury, employment and shareholder derivative matters. Prior to joining Gregg, Hunt, Ahern & Embry in 2015, Mr. Klein was co-counsel in the successful Massachusetts Appeals Court Case of Robert Rose v. Highway Equipment Company, 86 Mass.App.Ct. 204 (2014) concerning the unreasonable use defense in product liability cases. His prior practice included landlord sided litigation, managing a team responsible for drafting Medicare Set Asides and writing opinions concerning federal and state regulations governed by the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute.
