Jacquelyn Bumbaca (“Jacqui”) joined Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry as a paralegal while attending Suffolk University Law School in the evenings. Her mastery of the Rules of Civil Procedure quickly made her an asset to the firm’s litigation team. Upon her graduation she easily transitioned to a full time attorney in the litigation department.
When Gregg, Hunt, Ahern & Embry, was founded in 2019, Jacqui remained part of the litigation team, where she represents plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, construction litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and business litigation matters.
Jacqui also has a thriving family law practice. She aggressively, and successfully represents clients in their divorce, child custody and support actions, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, and other family law matters.
Her broad experience in varied areas of law allows Jacqui to take a creative approach to her cases, particularly when it comes to gathering necessary evidence to support her clients’ claims and defenses. She takes pride in ensuring that each client receives the personal attention they deserve.
In her spare time, Jacqui enjoys riding horses, and has been an avid equestrian since the age of 9.
